When creating a new product in the Crisp White Skin a "New!" label appears next to the item when listed in a category. After an unknown period of time, it goes away. How can I change that period of time? I'd like to extend it.

I am not completely sure, but in our store, we don't have this "New !" label. It is likely to come from either Products Carrousel module or Cloud Search module, more likely former. So you may want to check the settings for these modules. Good luck.

Look in your apps for "Product Advisor". You'll be able to adjust the dates and some other info.
