Does anyone know how I can add another 'Featured Product' (default) section on the front page? I changed mine to 'New Arrivals', but I would like to add another 'Special Offer' section to show products on sale on the front page.

I would really appreciate it if anyone have any idea how to continue.

I guess you could try cloning everything to do with "featured products", but that is a pretty large undertaking.

Just out of curiosity, are you entering your "new arrivals" manually, and if so, how do you handle it when the item is no longer "new"?

Our current site has a "whats new" mod that displays everything that has been added in the last 7 days, and once it is 8 days old it "disappears" from the "new arrivals" category. The problem is, we are upgrading from 4.2.3 and the mod is no longer supported for later versions.

I just do it manually since I don't have many new products. So each time I just put my newly added products at the top and remove the products at the bottom. I find this much simpler than re-coding everything
