Hi there,
we are trying the 4.4.2 demo version, we need to change the place of customer also bought in product description. Need to change at some where else.
Where is the file or .tpl file

No I mean example getting the customer also bought on the right-bar or somewhere else then the tab

"Customer also bought" is the Recommended_Products module. I guess it could be moved to one of the menus but it would be kind of difficult.

To start with recommends.tpl uses dialog.tpl instead of menu_dialog.tpl, so that would have to be changed. Then you would have to remove the call for it from product.tpl and add the call for it to your left or right bar.
