^ Agreed. The mod is for SEO purposes, not for speed, I am only indicating differences between mods, not offering suggestions for speed optimization as I have done here: http://www.websitecm.com/news/14/Speed-up-your-XCart-Installation.html

Hi Jon,

When the Xcart issues another upgrade, will your existing customers for your
product need to purchase additional files from you in order to complete the upgrade and maitain your mod?

How difficult is this to install?

I would be interested in testing this on my test site.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

The difficult components of the install are automated through a web-based installation. While not difficult, there are however many template changes required to modify the links.

We will be upgrading the mod to maintain compatibility through x-cart versions and currently offer these for free.

If you'd like to try on a test site I can provide you a time-sensitive trial, just email support@websitecm.com with the domain name.

When I run the CDSEO server test, I always get
Your host accepts ForceType but does not allow AcceptPathInfo, even though my server host has AcceptPathInfo enabled for us
Any idea?

Jon,

If the site in question has the safteynetwebs DFSU mod installed on it, will it be necessary to remove it first?

Thanks

If you do buy this mod from Jon, or indeed any other product from websiteCM.com, his customer service is second to none and this is as important a factor in my recommending him to you as the quality of his mods and add-ons are.
