If you following my steps, you do not need that file any longer. See my post (#49).

I should also mention that it will also reformat the phone number into a more human-readble form.

Thanks for the clarification. Your patch appears to be for One Page Checkout but I'm using Fast Lane Checkout. Plus I'll be installing alteredCart's Checkout One soon, so I'll put the uppercase mod on the back burner for now.
