I successfully imported my products from v4 to v5 using the x cart conversion script but it did not put my sub-categories into my categories. Although I can manually create sub categories how can I move the existing categories (which used to be sub categories in v4) to make them once again sub-categories in v5?
Any help greatly appreciated

Hello @Number 1,

Unfortunately, you cannot move categories in the category tree in X-Cart 5. However, could you please send me the CSV file you used to move products? Also, let me know which categories were created incorrectly. I will try to check what was wrong during import.

Thanks Tony. I was about to repost and say that I had in the end created the main and sub categories manually and then individually moved all of the products into the subs, took a while but In got there in the end. A new issue I have found is no images in the pop up window for each product. I would think it's just a matter of copying into the right image folder but the image folders seem to be weirdly named compared with x cart 4, so I can't work out which folder to put the images in?
