Default Error on payment gateway

I have my credentials correct - but I am receiving an error 103 - saying the transaction key is not valid. Any insight?

Hey Motionwear,

First of all what payment gateway do you use? Is it used via X-Payments or a hosted page via payment gateway site?

"error 103" without name of your payment gateway and without details how you integrated your cart with it won't help us to help you.

Please make sure you copied all Auth.net AIM details properly into X-Payments payment configuration for Authorize.net AIM integration. Usually such errors happen due to something being put in a wrong field or copied partially (especially for long IDs and keys).

Alex - thanks for responding.

I'll see if we can reset the transaction key and generate a new one. Maybe that will fix this issue.
