phpsitesolutions.com is hosted with you. I'm sure this isn't the only email you will receive on this subject, but i was sold a product from this website (a piece of software) which was incomplete. I cannot receive any customer support either. Their support ticket system has been deleted from their website.
I bought the product because the owner of the site assured me that if I couldn't get the product to work or didn't like it, I could obtain a full refund. It's been weeks now and he will not respond.
I have sent an email to his wife's website, and she said she'd pass a message on and it was unlike her husband not to contact his clients, but he's just vanished and is not supporting his products at all.
I think it's disgraceful that his website is still online seling software when he's not there to back it up. If this is breaking his terms of service with your company, I am happy to provide emails and orders from him so you can suspend/terminate his account before more people pay him money and never get what they're promised.

Does anyone know what has happened to Jon or why he has stopped responding to orders/emails.

I have dealt with Jon in the past and he has always been very helpfull and quick to respond.

We need to upgrade our site to the XCSEO Pro version as we are using the basic XCSEO at the moment and need more control for SEO.

So am i to take it at the minute that we should not buy this module?

He may have been helpful in the past, but right now he's AWOL and owes a lot of people money and customer support (me included).

I wouldn't go anywhere near him if I were looking for a product. I have purchased and successfully installed 2 copies of CDSEO so far and it's fantastic. A little dearer, but it works and the service is great. You get what you pay for.

Jon, if you want to ever sell a copy of XCSEO again, show your face, give your customers their refunds and explain why you've been ignoring us.

Same here, purchased the SEO + installation.. never heard of him again

Strange thing is, he helped me very swift and to satisfaction with his free SEO version.

Figured I better take the loss and just bought CDSEO after Sparrowdog's comment. Hope this works out better

Spare a thought. Maybe something "bad" has happened to him. I always though that is something "bad" happened to me, people would still be able to buy, no orders would be fulfilled and my support license would expire.

If nothing bad has happened to him, then he should be ashamed of himself.

You can rest assured that nothing that 'bad' has happened as he's still posting in other internet forums as per previous posts in this thread and on Oct. 5th previously stated that he had returned to assist people.

Since purchasing he has just told me a pack of lies and buggered off with my money. Whats more he has even had the audacity to continue the lies on other forums.

We all must learn from this fiasco..................

Deal with a reputable company that is not afraid to publish who they are and where they are.
Who will sort out your problems , that sells you software that works (if it isnt 100% exactly what you want - ASK?) and more to the point is honest and trustworthy.

Service - cant fault it -
Product - works fine its Brilliant
Cost - you get what you pay for...

I would recommend CDSEO Pro from WebsiteCM to ANYONE

Who knows.... but after this long... come on.

He's really gonna have a tough time regaining any trust from anyone.
