I use my personal FB account. I've now got beyond this by using someone elses personal FB account but I've just tried my account again and I still get the empty response error. The only thing that has happened with my account is that I have a link called "X-Cart Shop" on my FB home page, which gives me the "empty respose" error if I click on it

Based on the knspl/fb_tab/index.php file, it actually requires a "config.local.php" file in the root directory for knspl. However, we are unable to find that file. You may want to re-upload the "config.local.php" file into the knspl folder again before giving it another try.

Any advise ?
I searched the folders and I still cannot find the config.local.php

You not first user who says about this issue. Unfortunately we could not reproduce it on our accounts. We will continue to investigate this problem to find the reason and correct it.

For this time, please, use other account to assign your pages with X-Cart app.

Xim, after about 1 week. I found the problem.

The installation file given my file ( the one in the .zip format )
Gives me a blank when I install it.

When I tried with the other file ( the one in the .tgz format )
I installed and run re-installation once, and it works.

Stupid of me to keep reinstalling with the .zip format and didn't try the .tgz format.

Maybe admin can look into it.

How are individual products listed under FacebookTab picked up by search engines? Could/should FacebookTab be used as another tool for to promote individual product for search engine?
