X-Cart 4.4 beta testing is complete. We sincerely appreciate your help at the beta testing phase! Those who took the most active part will be given a small but nice present.

QT should think in the future being precaution in setting up any release dates. I see a lot of people - who did not take part of testing - just rushing the team, just because QT set up a date for release.

In my opinion as one who reported some issues to this version, I would recommend 2 more weeks for beta testing.

@radionov: please see my last suggestions for the script and also all the others (currency module, filtering option, ...) which remain New as status. hope to take them in consideration for the 4.4.1 version - this is the present you can offer to me by now. thanks a lot for understanding. this new version is a new age in XC history.

Thank you. We've registered all improvements and ideas. We are considering to implement them in next subversions of X-Cart.

Nice!!! Presents are awesome.. I have to hand it to the QT team for hammering out the beta ... all of the issues I found were addressed and fixed . I look forward to the full release.

+1... I did notice that after a very smooth install process that I had these directories saying they were not writable on the summary page

skin/common_files
skin/common_files/pages
skin/common_files/pages/en
