If this has already been answered, please point me in the right direction, thanks!

I have a product with color variants. I would like the product image to change to the correct color when the variant is selected. I have not found a way to do this with XC5 though I seem to have found documentation on how to accomplish this task with version 4.

I would also like to have the shopping cart display the correct variant color as well.

It is not available in X-Cart 5 yet. We do want to implement it, but I cannot give you any ETA at the moment. However, you can order a customization in order to implement this functionality and if you are interested, drop us a message at sales@x-cart.com and get a free quote.
