i added new static pages. But how do i link them ?

Embedded static pages should show up automatically on your help menu.

Did you add embedded pages or root pages?

Check help.tpl and make sure this line of code is at the bottom:

After you created them did you make sure that they were "Enabled"?

yes. status is enabled.
