I see this code on your page:
HTML Code:
<!-- <ul class="nav navbar-nav"> <li class="leaf first {if:isActive(#main#)}active{end:}"> <a href="">Home</a> </li> <li class="leaf {if:isActive(#policy_types#)}active{end:}{if:isActive(#policy_type#)}active{end:}"><a href="?target=policy_types">Policy Types</a> <ul style="width: 100%" class="policy"> <li><a href='?target=policy_type&type_id=9'>Essential</a></li> <li><a href='?target=policy_type&type_id=10'>Silver</a></li> <li><a href='?target=policy_type&type_id=11'>Gold</a></li> <li><a href='?target=policy_type&type_id=12'>Platinum</a></li> </ul> </li> <li class="leaf {if:isActive(#insurances#)}active{end:}{if:isActive(#insurance#)}active{end:}"> <a href="?target=insurances">Insurance Carriers</a> <ul style="width: 165%" class="insurance"> <li><a href="?target=insurance&vendor_id=15">AIICO Insurance</a></li> <li><a href="?target=insurance&vendor_id=13">CUSTODIAN & ALLIED INSURANCE Limited</a></li> <li><a href="?target=insurance&vendor_id=16">MANSARD Insurance</a></li> <li><a href="?target=insurance&vendor_id=17">Industrial and General Insurance</a></li> <li><a href="?target=insurance&vendor_id=18">Nicon insurance plc</a></li> <li><a href="?target=insurance&vendor_id=19">Leadway</a></li> <li><a href="?target=insurance&vendor_id=20">L3 Insurance</a></li> </ul> </li> <li class="leaf {if:isActive(#how_it_works#)}active{end:}"><a href="?target=how_it_works">How It Works</a></li> <li class="leaf {if:isActive(#faq#)}active{end:}"><a href="?target=faq">FAQ</a></li> </ul> -->

So, I guess you commented the menu out, and forgot about this

I see it in the source code I believe, but it looks like someone has put HTML comments around it?
Code:
<!--<ul class="nav navbar-nav"> <li class="leaf first {if:isActive(#main#)}active{end:}"> <a href="">Home</a> </li> ......... <li class="leaf {if:isActive(#how_it_works#)}active{end:}"><a href="?target=how_it_works">How It Works</a></li> <li class="leaf {if:isActive(#faq#)}active{end:}"><a href="?target=faq">FAQ</a></li> </ul>-->
