Altered Cart Mods Advice

Looking to buy the One Page Checkout and On sale mod from Altered Cart, i have been on their web site to try and contact them with a quesion but it looks like i have to purchase points before i can ask a question which i don't think is right, so Bill Brewer PM me please.

If you click the right place such as "contact" at the bottom left side of the page there is no problem getting ahold of Bill.

Thanks hoosierglass, have been on this page to try and email but when i type the text it can not been seen. Have closed the browser and restarted but still the same.

LOL, yep your right....... (You cannot see text) BUT THIS IS ONLY IN IE7 (Not testted in other IE'S)

Do you not use firefox (It is fine in firefox), I avoid IE always unless testing browsers...

I'm sure though one good thing will come out of this, that the users site (Bill) on that part is not going to be accessible to many users that still use IE...and I am sure Bill will want to correct this....

Just tried using the contact at the bottom of

I do not think an existing customer should have to buy support points to ask about an upgrade.

I am currently using one page check out on X-Cart ver 4.1 and I am planning to upgrade to X-Cart ver 4.3 all I would like to know is when will there be an upgrade for one page checkout to ver 4.3 of X-Cart. I see ver 4.2 is supported.

But do you actually send an e-mail? I know it says what you have written, but like I said send an e-mail and see what happens..

BTW.
When you send e-mail, you won't be able to see the text you write in IE, So I suggest you use alternative browser, firefox springs to mind

Lets be honest. I could charge a 25% 'upgrade' fee like every other mod vendor and make a lot of money with the whole 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5 debacle. But I don't, upgrades are free.

When you buy a license you aren't entitled to unlimited support for the rest of your life. I would have to shut down my site if I'm offering unlimited everything to everybody, because a lot of people feel entitled to everything.

First let me say Thank you if no one has in a while for offering free upgrades that is more than fair actually above and beyond.

Customer service does some times take a toll on all of us however customer service is a part of doing business.

All I wanted to know was if there is in the works an upgrade to ver 4.3 of X-Cart I do not think that was demanding a lot.

I had some problems when I first purchased and you were more than obliging to help and I appreciated it and let others know of your great service which I hope turned into some customers for you.

I apologize if I have upset you.
