Remove welcome page

For some reason I cannot find any information on removing the welcome page or changing the default link that points to it when you hover over the logo.

I think you are looking for link in "head.tpl".. and change your link when click logo from "http://www.asianbites.com/acart/" to "customer/home.php"

i cant find the link in the head.tpl and had already looked there. What seems close is:

Change the location it points to.....
