You need to restore your database from the backup, then remove this SQL query from the file <xcart_dir>/upgrade/4.1.3-4.1.5/patch.sql and run the upgrade again (or try to apply the SQL patch from patch.sql via 'Apply SQL patch' section on 'Patch/Upgrade' page).

What I did was edit out the DHL int'l shipping code from patch.sql, since I have no intention of using DHL international. That works.

But as with the 4.1.3-4 upgrade, the process stops, as in a timeout, after everything is checked as OK. (Unable to "Finish')

Since I'm still just testing 4.1.3, I decided to skip the upgrade and install 4.1.5 fresh, and will re-enter my mods. Too bad the import features from the 4.0 branch seem to not work ... I haven't tried it with 4.1.5 yet, but will try.

Hi, I did an upgrade from 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 and everything went ok. The problem I am having is I cannot get google check out to see my tax or shipping mark-up. Any help would be appreciated.
I also tried doing a fresh install with 4.1.5 but can't login or add products to the cart . This only happens with IE 7, firefox is ok . help needed . see here http://www.cpustuff.com/xcart/home.php

I am service manager at a computer store I can bet that it has nothing to do with IE7. I myself use IE7 on all my PC's. I have found that 90% of the time it has nothing to do with IE but with the Yahoo Toolbar. I get calls all the time with people blaming IE7 and it rarely is the problem. I thought IE was causing and issue with my store as well at first, but it was the free rounded corners addon, once I removed it all issues went away. My best advice it to check your IE plugins. It is very common that when you upgraded to IE7 that one of you browser plugins is incompatible. The best way to check, is to click Start on your programs menu, then click programs, accessories, system tools then you should see Internet Explorer(no Addons). Try running IE7 with no addons and see if you still have the issue.

Jeff, thanks for that tip, but still did not work. I will try doing another fresh install. The strange thing is that my current site works ok and it's 4.1.5 upgraded from 4.1.3.

Yes, there is a custom mod for this. But many of us would like to see it as a built-in feature with x-cart. One less mod to worry about when upgrade time comes.

Username SHOULD be email address. No thinking. Add amazon, oldnavy, and dozens more of the big boys to the list.

Has anyone made this work for 4.1.x?

Should I continue go ahead patch it or what to do next?

I got the same error so I patched it manually.
