Flash and Fancy Catagories
I have on my site what I call the feature graphic. It's a big graphic showing off a new product or whatever. Right now I have two of them on screen. (www.thegamegeek.net)
I have several of these types of graphics promoting all kinds of different stuff. What I would like to do is put them all in a flash movie and just show one item for a while, and then another. Kind of like a slide show. Now getting the flash movie on the front page was no problem. The problem was the fancy categories menu on the left site. Whenever the menu expanded to where the flash was, the menu would appear UNDER the flash movie. Does anybody know how to fix that? Daniel |

This "may" work/help:
For an <object> tag: Code: <param name="wmode" value="transparent"> For an <embed> tag Code: wmode="transparent" Put that in your flash movie calls. |

param and embed tag must be inside the object tag. Param is for IE embed is for netscape.

Yes those worked in IE (I used opaque) but not in firefox. From what I'm hearing thisd won't work at all in firefox.
