Please vote and try to create the addons in x-cart

It needs to implement task management system in x-cart.
It should allow administrators to create and assign tasks to each other, add notes and comments, upload files or change task▓s status. Task Manager is a lightweight collaboration tool via which we can keep track of all the tasks within our store. It should intuitive and easy to use.
The Features may be like this
Email notifications
Control email notifications
Deadline date for the task
2 statuses for each task √Opened & Closed
Assign task to multiple administrators
Add comments for a task
Upload files
⌠Tasks assigned to me■ section in Dashboard
View task information and progress
Create lists of tasks
Assign tasks to users
View and complete tasks from anywhere in the admin
Add notes and have discussions with colleagues about tasks
Prioritize tasks.
Finally it should be the features like this-

✔ Edit Task
✔ Delete Task
✔ Assign Task To Any User
✔ View Statistics
✔ Set Up Privileges For Any User
✔ View The List Of Tasks Assigned To You
✔ View The List Of All Tasks
✔ Auto Tasks - Create Task Upon Previously Defined Event
✔ Open Support Ticket Directly From The Extension
✔ Task List Widget

Great xtech great idea but x-cart does not have it in built.Can anyone pls customize it?

Who would be the target customer for this?
Companies who are large enough for this would invest in a proper team management software and small companies could always use a non-integrated freeware like GanttProject or ProductEev.
