Add to cart not working when clean urls is enabled

Hi Guys

Add to cart button does not work when clean urls is enabled: http://www.londonfashionuk.com/home.php

Also category pages are not showing products listed under them: http://www.londonfashionuk.com/Playsuits/

Please help.
