Default Internal Error when trying to access Payment Configurations

I have installed X-Payments 1.0.4 from my File Area available installation pack. The x-cart site is 4.4.5 Gold. I have regenerated the codebook, and enabled the X-Payments Connector. The store has Authorize.net AIM enabled payment method. In the X-Payments Connector page I get a "Failed to meet PCI-DSS requirements
Background payment methods are enabled. To take X-Cart out of PCI DSS scope you must disable the following payment methods:
AuthorizeNet - AIM
" message.
I have added a store in X-Payments and then added it's configuration bundle in the X-Payments Connector field and deployed it.
The online store added in X-Payments does not display any payment configurations drop-down, ("The payment configurations list is empty because no configurations have been created.)
So, I go to Settings>Payment Configurations in order to add a payment module but I get "Internal error. The requested action cannot be performed. See logs for details".
I wonder if I did something out of the correct order.

I appreciate any help.

Eventually I found some files that had a 600 permissions, switched them to 644 and the Payment Configurations worked. Regarding the "Failed to meet PCI-DSS requirements Background payment methods are enabled. To take X-Cart out of PCI DSS scope you must disable the following payment methods:
AuthorizeNet - AIM
" message, I guess it won't display after disabling Authorize.net and enabling X-Payments-Authorize.net method.
