We have an attribute "pieces per case" where we allow certain quantities per case purchased. For example we have a default 12 pieces per case at
http://www.glaspak.com/glass-bottles/bordogps-100-ml-glass-bottle.html

with another option to change it to 96 pieces per case. Is there a way to make the price next to the 96 reflect the total price (150) instead of showing +120? It is confusing to people. They believe for 120 they are getting an additional 96 (so 108 total).

There is no such a setting as showing the resulting price may be much more confusing when you have more than one product option. However, technically it is possible to create a custom module that changes the way in which product options show the extra charge.

Another possible solution is configuring cases as variants of the product - this way select boxes won't show the price at all.
