How do I add shipping and billing address field names to the customer invoice?

Example (current):

Joe Schome
1 Main Street
My City
My State
00000
USA
phone: 111-111-1111

On complicated addresses, specifically international, it would help to show the field names like this:

Name: Joe Schmoe
Address: 1 Main Street
City: My City
State: My State
Postal Code: 00000
Country: USA
Phone: 111-111-1111

etc...

The person(s) processing orders are having difficulty knowing which field is which.
