Default change css toggle editor box to unchecked
I was wondering how to set the Toggle Editor button at the bottom of the css file in the admin to UNCHECKED? I'd prefer to not have to wait so long to start working each time the page opens. I'm in the dev stages using version 4.6.0 so ignore the my signature info for this post.
