Exclamation Email Logo size - Contact us form
When we receive contact us form submissions, the logo for our website appears on the email expanded to approximately 400% of the original size.

On all other emails, Invoice, new order, etc. the logo is normal size.

The expanded logo on the contact us form email looks very unprofessional and blurry.

I've attempted to change the size on the header with no luck. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which email client you use?
There is a reported issue with logo displaying too large in Outlook 2010-2016, sounds like you are affected by this.

We are currently using Office 365.

Yes you are affected by this bug.
Unfortunately there is no ETA on resolution at this time, as all of our development forces are focused on the 5.4 release.
I believe this can be fixed by playing with CSS rules of the invoice template.
