I am trying to locate in the templates/skin how to remove the whole heading of international so it shows up no where. I have gone into skin1/customer and tried to edit the top_menu_printable.tpl with no success and have looked at top_menu.tpl and do not see any reference to the international telephone label. If someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Open up the site in Webmaster Mode...then you can either remove the text or find which template it is in and comment it out there.

I have gone in and edited my template for the telephone at the top and the powered by at the bottom and now have characters showing up on the site that I can not determine what I did wrong. I took out the label comment for telephone 2 and the powered by x-cart at the bottom. Here is a link to an image of the store with arrows pointing to what I am talking about. Help would greatly be appreciated for this one.

What did you edit the template with? That can happen if you use something other than a good text editor or X-Cart's template editor.
