I have just tried to add a prodict but getting this err

ERROR: "23000" (code N/A)

ok seemed to be caused by the Amazon S3 module ... disabled for now...................

could do with possibly better understanding of that... thought I had done it right

Did the message appear after you configured Amazon S3 module? Or did you enable the module, but not configured it?

I Enabled and configured the module but had not migrated any images over at that point.

It may be a bug in the module. Was the full error message stored in a log file in the [xc5]/var/log/ directory? If so, please could you upload the log file there?

it looks like it could have been the key . copying from webbrowser to the fields may have caused it ... Exported to csv and copied the text in from there ...

Its Migrating now so will give it a try when finished and let you know the outcome...


Taking some time but files are going over but keep getting this error in the top of the page "Event task runner internal error"

ok it seems to be stuck at 99% and wont move on and complaining about the key again even though it has been loading fine

Im now worried that if I disable the module I will loose all the image links that have already loaded

The module is still sat at 99% migrating and does not seem to complete ? this is over 12 hours now


What will happen if I re cache the site at this stage ?

JUst disabled the module and lost all images

Re-enabled it and they returned but still stuck as 99% and now cannot add any more images to the site
