Hi.



I purchased XCSEO Pro last year for a client and seem to be having problems importing products now and I have to disable the module for the import to start working again. I have attempted to contact support for the module, but don▓t seem to be getting a response.



Can someone direct me to the correct way to get support on the pro module?

Moving this to its own thread as you posted in a thread about CDSEO, different company. There is no support for XCSEO Pro, which is why the vendor has been banned from the forums (among other reasons). I'd suggest uninstalling the module and purchasing CDSEO, which you can get from websitecm.com

Initiate a chargeback - no support is grounds for getting your money back.

Thanks - I tried that through PayPal, but they will not assit saying that I need to contact the seller (I would have done that if I could) I see that he has a telephone number in PayPal - I will try call the number.

I need an SEO solutions and would ideally like a refund to spend on a solution that works. I hope i get somewhere......

Tell them the seller is unresponsive - they have had plenty of claims against him in the past year.
