hi, will, in default xcart bottom.tpl, i can easily add the image by inserting the image link,however there is many gap when i tried to insert link in your template, below is my bottom.tpl, pls help, thanks

i also like to know the name in css to change the background color as there are very plain, the font is white, customer can't see the fonts, see the attached picture 11.jpg.
i also would like to change the font size of category title and product title, pls advise the name in css, thanks

Really Really bad company (if a company at all) Bought the modern living template a year ago, now we want to build new webshop from scratch using the newest xcart. Therefore we need to develop it at a localhost, so i ask at support ticket at the xcartstore website if can do so without taking down our LIVE shop.
We do business world wide, we,re not an hobbiyst playing around!! I DIDNT GET ANY ANSWER SOFAR, WAITING FOR OVER TWO WEEKS NOW. WTF IS GOING ON AT THE XCARTSTORE. MONEY IS IN, SUPPORT, ONE CAN FORGET ?????? |

I am really surprised to hear you are bashing us here on the x-cart forum. We have replied to all the emails you sent into our support helpdesk - you had created 4 active tickets with us over the last 10 days - all of which have been responded to. I can assure you... we are a "real" company - with top class developers and support personal working behind the scenes. If you are not happy with our products then simply let us know - you mentioned you purchased one of our templates 1 year ago... why only now are you making your issue known? We have created our products so they can run on a development server or live server concurrently, you know about this. Also, all our products are fully compatible with the latest version of x-cart. I'm not really sure what your issue is? Please feel free to contact us if there is something specific we can help you with - we'd rather work through any issues you might have. regards W.

Well the you have a real big problem, i was only answered to the last support email i have sent, so i keep saying that you guys only respond to angry emails from customers. Appearently these days customers have to make themselves angry before they will be taken serious. I never let my customers wait longer then 24 hours, in fact it never has taken that long so far. U have a live chat option at ur website, LOL, i have never seen it online, always OFFLINE, thats bad marketing, better take it off ur website if ur not online. What is the purpose of letting customers now that you have LIVE chat, but ur never there, that just works against you. We exist already 10 years with our online shop using Xcart. To answer your Q's: Yes we bought a year ago, but the actual implementing was just 2 months ago. Before we use skins at our live shops we will test them for a long period, thats why we need to change license url more than we can, so thats another problem with your license policy. The law is like this, when a customer buys something, it is his property, which means that we can use it how we want exept for copyrights. We dont want to copy anything or whatever, we just want to be free in using it. The 3 times license url switching is mentioned after one buys your skin, not before the actual order, no info about that was given at order stage. So if we need to change the url, we have to contact you, even that was no problem IF, u would have service 24/7 and that is not the case. So we bought a restricted product, or just give us the possibility to change license url as often as we want. We just didnt get answers to our support questions, not at ur website, not through twitter, and that is a real bad thing. Imagine we would have done that to our customers, we wouldnt have had customers no more, and wouldnt need your skin... and certainly we wouldnt have exist for 10 years online now. We have absolutely no problems here I can assure you that. We don't check twitter for "support" questions sorry. We answer all support questions in rotation (not because they are angry) . Also, keep in mind... all our support is FREE, you don't have to purchase support points or pay anything extra. Our "Live Chat" facility is fully operational - we have it running about 4 hours each day - as many customers were using it as a support "hotline" - this is not what is was setup for. Can you contact Qualiteam support directly via a live chat facility? No you can't - for this exact same reason. Yes, we do ask customers to email us so we can reset their license count after they change the domain on their license more than 3 times in quick sucsession. It takes 1 minute to set it. Keep in mind, we work 5 days a week 9-5. When you take timezone differences into account there may be some delays in responding. But we can not respond when we are not in the office. Herman, lets leave it at this... if you are not happy with our products or services - I can arrange a full refund for you... even though you purchased the template over 1 year ago (this won't matter). We have no problem returning your money, just let me know. Thanks again. regards W.
