There are 86 postal counties of the UK & Ireland - what is in x-cart is a mix of postal counties, administive boroughs, cities and towns.
Being shopping cart software, the only bit that is of use is where to send our products - so all we need are the postal counties.

For example xcart has both Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire. Aberdeen is a town in the county of Aberdeenshire, it is not a county.

I just installed the latest 4.2b and noticed an odd behavior with the images. I have seen this before with other carts but don't have this issue with an installed 4.1.9 on the same server as the 4.2. I am not sure if this is related to the change in CSS or some other variable. I replaced the standard xlogo.gif with another file that displays fine on 4.1.xx and get the same results. Before I post this as a bug I would like some opinions from the Xperts. This behavior is the same for Firefox, IE7 and 8beta, chrome, and safari. Notice the Xcart logo in the attached .doc. The logo in admin is even more distorted.

I think it's like this, if you replace an image and the new one gets distorted it's because there was dimentions set in .css file. You have to change in .css so it fits dimention of new file. Probably as simple as that and not a bug

The stock xcart logo displays the same distorted way on the home page and in admin, the logo I created duplicated the original pixel size and it does the same thing. I have the exact same logo on a live 4.1.9 install with no issues. It could be a combination of the change in CSS and my hosting server. If no one else sees the same problem I assume that must be it.

I need some assistance trying to diagnose a display issue with the 4.2b. If someone could browse to www.hbdistributing.com and tell me if the Xcart logo is all distorted and hard to read. The toolbar in the WYSIWYG editor is all distorted as well. Click on the link to the sullen shirt under best sellers and scroll down to reviews and see if you can read the verification image. I get the same results in 3 browsers on 3 seperate PC's. I have a live store of X 4.1.9 on the same server with no issues. I am trying to figure out if this is an issue with the change in the CSS with 4.2b or a settings problem on the host server.
