Default MagicToolbox Sucks

I am trying to test MagicScroll from http://www.magictoolbox.com/

My version is XC Gold+ 4.5.4, installed from scratch, no other modification. In installed MagicScroll trial according to the information (automatically). Installation went fine. When I visit a product page with detailed images they disappeared (product image + thumbs).

I contacted MagicToolbox and they said the module is working fine (!!). This answer made me crazy. I said them I want to send the whole X-Cart Gold+ folder + DB. No reply from them.

Guys, those who can, could you do me a favor? Just install this module over a fresh XC Gold+ version and let me know what you get. I hate when someone thinks I am stupid. I would like to know how stupid I am (the level). Thanks.

Addison, I actually just worked with this module the other day and it was working fine.

I usually have to tweak it, and the core code seems encrypted, so I dislike that. You can see it working on my test site: http://trainingpen.com/manufacturers_carousel/home.php?cat=244

Hello Mike. Are we taking about the same module?

What I saw on your website is MagicZoom.

Ahh, I see. Yeah I have no experience with MagicScroll.

I saw MagicToolbox and assumed.

I have gotten quite nice support from those guys when I needed it though.

OK - great support (not for me), but what about MagicScroll functionality?

Who can make an attempt to install MagicScroll over a fresh XC Gold+ (trial one) and check if it's working? If it working I would like to get the whole XC Gold+ folder + DB to check by my own.
