top.inc.php is in the store root.

Once you add _FILES, you will be able to get a number of attachments, depending on your form.

This is a very simple change, if you play with it long enough, you shouldn't have too much trouble. However, if you aren't using FTG, it will be much more difficult.

Thanks Serra.

Is there any way to trouble shoot this? the set up for x-cart is very complex. I am not having any luck now, I got it to work (almost) but now I am adding file submission options and text fields as well as a mandatory checkbox it seems to be stopping at page 2 on the list above.

I don't get any error messages coming up either.

Better check on FTG site for support me thinks! :O)

Has anyone got a template they can share with me, I am having a lot of problems getting a form to work.

What do you guys use for the landing page settings? it is ambiguous in the instructions here what to do (redirect? embed? HTML form? the latter is mentioned but I've tried it and am wondering if this is part of the error).

Has anyone else had complications with FTG with X-cart? what were your issues and how did you resolve them?

Many thanks guys

OK, good support from the FTG guys and it looks like I have it working in x-cart. It was complicated for me, there is a lot of things to do, particularly because it is in x-cart. However it works a treat and is a great additional feature to have in any x-cart store so that you can separate different types of enquiries for example.

I'm now thinking of purchasing their Mediata Survey so that I can get better feedback on my store's performance, that looks a great application too.
