marketing manager upgrade

I had posted this on the firetank helpdesk a week ago but havent had an answer back yet. Hoping someone here can help. We upgraded a large site to 4.4.1 in December, but didn't include the Marketing Manager Pro, as it wasn't yet compatible. Although the upgrade was out in late Jan, thats the busiest time of year (back to school in Australia), and it was postponed. The client is keen to get it re-installed. I understand we have to purchase the upgrade. Can anyone advise whether we can keep the historical data from pre-December Marketing Manager Pro? Are there database conversions required to convert the relevant tables to the new 4.4 format? We will do the installation ourselves, as our server manager never allows FTP access to outsiders. Any idea how long this would take to install? It is a relatively high-mod site, so changefiles rarely work. Any feedback welcome. ta Chris
