I'm getting several Controller class not Found! errors every day below is a few examples. Not sure the cause or how to fix this.

This one is weird: in X-Cart 5 there is no productimage.php script.
It sounds as you have a mix of X-Cart 4 and X-Cart 5 files.

This store was a fresh install of xcart 5, and never had anything to do with xcart 4. I'm confused also. That's Why I thought I would mention it here.

Did you try to search for "productimage.php" in files on the server? It may be some third-party library or script that tries to run the script.

Also, it may be some script installed on other server that sends requests to your website. You may check server logs to understand where the requests come from.
