The recently viewed product list is now showing on the left in my new natural cosmetics template. That means that on most screens when the responsive kicks in the left goes to the top and the main goes below it. That means that recently viewed product have to be scrolled past to find the product listing.

On my noblesse template recently viewed showed below the body.

Is this a setting or a webmaster tweak to move this to the bottom?

There is no setting for that, unfortunately.
You should make changes to the template structure, possibly thru the webmaster mode.

I looked in webmaster mode and did not find it. Seems like it should be there.
The place I would expect it to be is a folder that clicking on does not bring up a edit window.
I will look some more.
