Default iframe load time

What is the normal time for the credit / debit card option to load in the iframe? Mine seems to take a good 4-5 seconds before the credit card info populates.

In the x-payments demo video it's nearly instant.

What can I do to increase speed of loading?

Make sure you enabled "Lite" checkout skin for your store in X-Payments admin back-end.

Also, how do you host your X-Payments?

I have "lite" checkout skin enabled as my template in x-payments.

I host x-payments on my server, using at secure.mystoredomain.com

Do you host it in the same hosting account where you have X-Cart and other software running?

Default Re: iframe load time

I have two hosting accounts on my vps

1. mystore.com (where i have xcart 4.5.4)
2. secure.mystore.com (where i have x-payments)

I needed to create a separate account for secure.mysotre.com because of the multi-domain SSL cert I had to have installed. The SSL cert wouldn't install properly if I just made secure.mystore.com an addon domain from the mystore.com account. My hosting provider said I needed to separate them.

This is something with your hosting. We have had a similar issue with a customer using X-Payments For Small Business. Sometimes his site couldn't connect to X-Payments even, but after he migrated from his GoDaddy hosting to EWD all issues were resolved.
