We're selling all of our X-Cart templates as we're refocusing the direction of our business. If you purchase any of the templates it guarantees that you are the last person to buy the template.

2 of the template(s) have been sold before a couple of times (see 'Downloads' number) but only you and people who bought the template before you will own it and you'll be the last. 2 have zero downloads.

This is a "Buy Out" purchase so the template will be permanently removed from our site and will never available anyone again. You'll also get all of the original source files for you to do with as you like.

We're going to sell these in an auction format with a reserve price and a "Buy It Now" or BIN price. If the auction doesn't hit our reserve price than we're not obligated to sell the template, just like eBay.com.

I just want to recommend ThemeDemon as one of the best Customer Support experiences I have ever had. Unfortunately, the template was not right for our site. The experience with their support could not have been better. Thank you so much for all the help.
