$userinfo smarty variable
I'm working on reprogramming some of the shipping display settings for our cart (x-cart 4.6.3), but I'm having some issues understanding where the $userinfo variable data is coming from. When I go to a fresh computer, fresh browser, on a different internet connection, the cart somehow determines my location and zip code as right here at my office. Why would that be? I can't seem to get the cart into a situation where the $userinfo variable is empty, therefore requiring data to get shipping methods and rates. It almost seems as if it's pulling data from an ip2location database, but doing this from my home computer doesn't show the correct data that shows in an ip2location database.

Re: $userinfo smarty variable
If you have "presume non-logged in user is from default country" checked in admin settings any customers not-logged in will have these address entries to start with. If you need it clean and empty uncheck the box to disable this

Re: $userinfo smarty variable
I knew it had to be something so simple. Thank you very much!
