I have 2 stores. One is a business license and the other is a free license (I use it as a partial dev environment).

The Business License store always shows all the module and core updates right when it is suppose to but the Free license store shows them about a week or so after the Business License store does...

I just cleared the module cache from my Free License store and reran the check for updates and noticed

It is showing Empty response on get_cores eventho my Free License store is on 5.3.2.11 so it should have a 5.3.2.12 and 5.3.3 core update available (which my Business License store shows)....

Both sites are hosted on the same exact server and are setup almost identical.

What gives X-cart?

Most likely updates are not rolled out to all licenses at the same time.
Another most likely reason is your business license store is set to developer wave - XC 5.3.3.x is in development and will not show to "merchant" wave stores. It was just released last week.

Also - if you are using the free license store for development and testing only you can use the business license copy for that.

Negative on the developer wave... Business License is set to Merchant wave and yes 5.3.3 is showing up under merchant wave

The second wave is the Merchant wave; this wave typically becomes available in 2-7 days following the official release announcement and is intented for all X-Cart clients.

5.3.3 was released June 1st, 2017 so we are 5 days out (within the 2-7 they claim)...

Not sure where the source on releases based on license. According to all the documentation, the releases are dictated by Waves and not what type of license you have.

Not sure what you are talking about here... My business license is my production site... The free license is for a semi-dev environment that I still run a store under. It is 100% in line with X-Carts TOS (trust me, I have talked to them at extensive length about license requirements and what you can and can't do with them). I can do whatever I want with my business license as long as I only have 1 store that uses that license.

The 5.3.3 version is in the developer wave, so it should not be visible to regular merchants.

Someone messed up then because here are screen shots of my site...

Everytime I contact the support staff lately they just want to try to bill me to fix things that seem to break when X-Cart releases a new update (modules that X-Cart themselves released)
