Hi X-Cart Team,

As the title says it all I want to add Cambodia (Khmer) language to the site. I can't seem to find my local language in the Translation section. Do you have any way to add? Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is no Cambodia (Khmer) translation for X-Cart 5 yet.

But you can translate the website yourself on the Translations back-end page (Store Setup -> Translations). Also, you can use one of the existing translation modules and create a new module for your language.

I think I got an idea now. But How can I customize country name and flag? For example I add "Catalan" as my local language and I want to change from "Catalan" to "Khmer or Cambodia" and add Cambodia Flag as well.

And is it possible to translate the menu (our term, shipping, contact us,...)? If yes how can we do that?

Hi Chheang!

There is a basic article about creating translation module: http://kb.x-cart.com/display/XDD/How+to+create+translation+module

As for changing language name, we are going to change it in the default package in the nearest release.

As for a flag image, you can upload the km.png (20x16px) image into skins/common/images/flags/ folder and it will work out with no extra work.
