Its just a small thing, but I have a thin gap above the copyright border of my site. It only appears in IE and not Firefox and Netscape.
Any suggestions about how to close this gap for IE and why it doesnt appear in the other 2.

Yea, have a look at rectangle_bottom.tpl and get rid of all this crap:
