(no check) Included into the product price

(With Check) Display product price including tax

Also display (on the products list, product details and cart pages): Rate value and tax cost

Zone : Zone Default
Membership : All
Rate value : 19%
Apply tax to : DST

If the rate depends on the billing address my guess is that it won't show until you have filled in the billing address information. You'll probably need to create a zone as well.

Make sure you have selected the option "Display cart/order totals including tax" on the 'Taxes' page. Please note that the tax will not be displayed for anonymous customer if you haven't checked the option 'When a customer isn't logged in, it is presumed that he is from the default country' in 'General settings/General options'.

If necessary, you can also require assistance from our technical support team.
