Default Feature?

Hello,

I am looking to purchase X-Cart for a new website project.

Is there a feature for clients to save their credit card #(s) with their account info so that they don't have to type it in every time they buy something?

Also, has anyone had any experience combining Moneybookers with X-Cart? How was the process? Are you happy with them? Are there better payment processors for companies based out of Europe?

Thank you!!
-Phil

Saving CC info to your site is prohibited by the major CC companies unless you go through extensive (and very costly) steps. So the answer is no. If you need rebilling, then find a gateway/processor that supports storing/rebilling.

I believe Authorize.net allows storing, as well as 2checkout

XC can store CC# on orders but as mentioned above this is huge expense - time and money wise

Great thank you for the answers.

One last question..

Are you able to set up x-cart to assign individual numbers to each order of the same product?

Example, let's say you are selling 50 tickets to a concert. Are you able to have it assign values upon purchase such as, ShowTicket 1, ShowTicket 2 and have that emailed to the client and stored for the admin? or something of that nature?

Thank you!!

Each order has its own unique orderid - 1,2,3,... All order info is stored and accesible by admin and customer, orders are emailed to customers and admin as well

I understand that each order has a unique #, but in addition, is there a unique # per product ordered? Example the total order is #5153, but order #2 for product xyz? I don't know if I'm explaining myself well lol

If you have full access to the forum - you can follow this link to see a solution with X-Cart, Braintree and BSCE assistance.
You can contact BCSE for more information if you can't follow the link.
(Authorize.net CIM is a more difficult path for you if you want to accomplish this with X-Cart.)

There is not default behavior - you would need to modify the code to accomplish it.
