I think I only PLACED the xbanner tag(s) on specific pages, and did not do any global banners.

There are a few moving parts:

1. xbanners -- only put the tags where you need them
2. header - strip XG code and serve images without using the XG interface
3. Same for the footer. NO XG interface for images. I believe I documented it in this thread.
4. Same for xMenus, if you use embedded images.

I did try to contact the X Cart Store on the 19th for installation help after purchasing the bulk package for xtreme but did not get a reply to email or support.

I installed the packages myself and deleted all the unwanted data however when trying to add featured items through the X CART STORE

XTREME GEAR --> Featured Items (home page) --> add feature item I am unable to0. I put in the image and details but do not see an update button (if I am meant to) but I am unable to add featured item so it is missing off the home page.

Any help would be really appreciated as I need this as part of the cart setup and don't want to go through the whole delete and reinstall as it would mean a lot of work.

Hi Will,

I did as you said, posted 3 x emails to the support and as yet I have not received a reply outlining issues.

The issues are

Unable to add Featured Products - Most important
Issues with the wysiwyg editor all put in emails.

Hi Imazeu,

That's odd - can you tell me the ticket ID's (you would have received an auto email with the ticket id as soon as you submitted the ticket). I can follow up on the tickets if you can give me the ID's.

If you have not gotten these emails, then I reckon they have been moved into your spam folder or stopped by your mail server.

Hi Will,

I looked in my email and didnt see anything, I also emailed the support team through the support email.

I have raised separate ticket #JEC-390-42081 and noticed that it did not email me the ticket details, checked all the usual.
