HI All,
I am wondering if there is an easy way to add a link to the help zone navigation that links to an existing help zone page.

My client has combined the information that appears on her FAQ page to include information about shipping, and returns. Rather than make an embedded page for these 2 items ( shipping and returns ) that would essentially just duplicate the content I was hoping to just have shipping, returns listed on the help zone nav and have it direct to the FAQ page.
I have tried creating a shipping.tpl , and a .lbl _shipping to call it but I can't get it to work.

I suppose I could yank the copy out of the FAQ page about the shipping and make it the only thing that appears on a new embedded page but was hoping not to do this, but will if trying to make the link appear on the help zone nav, and redirect it to the FAQ page is not all that easy a thing to do.

Use "static pages" to make the page and put the link to it where ever you want.
