Please, post the support ticket in HelpDesk system and provide us with FTP access to your server.

Also, we noticed that you set incorrect ID in FacebookTab settings.
You set the URL for the page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/78tacom-LLC/201840529838255) instead of profile ID.

We noticed that the current FacebookTab icon has been not useful for your customers (X-Cart logo). That's why we've replaced it with shopping cart.

Hope it will increase your customer experience.

My Facebook Tab module isn't working.
Installed but realized it's blanked.
Tried accessing via knspl.com/fb_tab/index.php

for X-Cart 4.4.x - the "<x-cart>/skin/common_files/modules/Facebook_Tab" directory exists and is not empty <--- Checked. OK

Probably, the reason is in incorrect permissions set for the templates on your server
What is the permission do I need to set ?

I did a couple of reinstall, but still not working.
Need some advise.

Yes, it does.

The module works on the X-Cart engine. So you can show as many product as you want. However, I recommend you to show on Facebook your top products, but not all the stock.

Got the Facebook Tab module - installed on the server with no issues, can see the pages on www.whatever.com/fb_tab
However when trying to add it to Facebook (following steps from http://help.qtmsoft.com/index.php?title=X-Cart:Facebook_Tab#Installation_steps) when accessing http://apps.facebook.com/xcart_shop/index.php I get error:

Error while loading page from X-Cart Shop
Empty response received.

Me too.

When we click on the xcart shop app link we also get the "Empty response" error.

So Facebook Tabs isn't working for us yet!

I have now invoked the xcart shop app by using someone elses Facebook login and do not get the empty response error with their Fb account.

So I have now successfully configured the Tabs and have added new tabs with various products but have discovered that the price displayed does not change when selecting different variants.

e.g. I have shoes displayed on the Fb Tabs and the price displayed is the price for the smallest size shoe. The cost for these shoes increases with shoe size so when the customer selects larger shoe sizes the displayed price is incorrect

Probably the reason connects with changed FB-API. However I opened the application successful.

Could you, please, check it again and let me know your result? Also, please, provide me with the type of your FB-accounts which you use (personal or business accounts)
