Just read this thread and it seems like a great idea and one I was just looking to build from scratch. Any new info of an initial release?

I just found this thread today as I was trying to find a way to enter phone orders. First one we've received. Please put us on the notification list.

We are working as hard as we can to get the first release by next week. We have also had a huge influx of install requests and quotes, etc the past 1-2 months that we have to also try to keep up with. So getting this out as fast as we want to has prooven to be a bit hard (one point in time I had 50 installs in line!). That's why our estimates keep being off. We do have a working version of it that just needs a few more features put into it before it can be releaseable. This mod we will continue to develop and improve and the first release will not have all the features I'd like to put in it, but I feel I should get it out for those needing it and add the features in after the first release.

Since there are going to be features I want to have in it before it's released, I'll announce those future features. All that buy it will be given free upgrades until the announced future features are in the software. So you don't have to worry about missing out on future features if you buy early.

You guys are too funny.

I have a question for you guys. We are working to get the shipping to auto calculate and taxes to auto calculate. Which is prooving to take a bit of time. I do have this ready (for 3.5.x) with manual shipping(you enter the shipping $) and manual tax calculations (you enter a % and it calculates taxes). If I hear enough, "that doesn't matter to me", I may be able to make a first release of this very soon. I do know that automatic shipping and tax calculation will be important to many, so I will continue to work on that either way (and if I release this before that is done, anyone who buys early would get those features).

Just need opinions. We are getting good positve feedback for those who've been looking at it so far.
