Does anyone have a fix to allow the product options to display in the products list on Gold Plus 4.5.3?

I would like to be able to either display the option/variants within the product on the product list or use the existing options popup (like in the cart page) when the buy now button is pressed. Obviously, the prices should change on selection etc like they do on the product page.

I am essentially trying to prevent having to redirect to the product page to select a variant

I know that this question has been asked a million times but it would be good to get any help with this as this feature. X-Cart should have been considered this as an important feature when the product line changed in my opinion but I am hopeful the X-Cart community can help me figure this out.

Obviously if anyone knows a module that could help me with this, let me know.
