I was wondering if anybody else is having this problem with the Mod. I am using 4.1.9 version of X-Cart and this mod will only show 16 reviews when I select "View All" as well as not displaying all of the new reviews also. I discovered this problem while looking into the first issue with the mod and I that is when noticed there were 22 reviews in the data base. All the reviews seem to show on the customer side but not the admin side of things.

Stephen had been great helping me with his mods until Jan 9th when I received this from him:

I have not heard anything from him since then, I have sent 4 e-mails asking for a status update and updates with my trouble shooting without any response . I have it narrowed down to one of the encrypted files so I can not resolve the issue myself and I really like the mod other than this.

So I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem with admin not listing all the reviews?

P.S. I didn't work on a clean install of 4.1.9 either.

Am I the only one using this Mod from Tela Firma? I can't believe I am the only one with these issues. I have been more than patient and now I am just completely frustrated with this and I am about to just remove the mod. Also before the fix I didn't get the error message below.

Any way I finally got a response from Stephen on 2/11/08 and he said this.

"It is listing all the reviews now - but I see that I still have some tweaking to do. There is one or two glitches in adding the review and in deleting a review.

However I sent him 2 emails since then because it still does not list all the reviews and on top of that now I can't post reviews either. I really don't want to post here but he does not answer my emails so I don't know where else to turn. With the following screen shots from today you can see my problem is clearly review 93 shows N for not approved and does not show in the admin section. The error codes I get are listed below as well.

I fixed this one finally!!!!!

Apparently when the table in the data base for product_votes updates for this mod it also changes from auto_increment to just a blank. Therefore all the reviews were being created with the voted_id of "0" and that gave the error. Once I changed it back to auto increment the error went away.

Now, I just need to get all the reviews to list.

I finally got some time to look into this and discovered the file in question was not encrypted anymore. Problem solved by me. I am even more convinced people have this problem because most reviews before this mod for me anyway didn't have a vote to go along with it. I had to edit the data base to fix the issue because the mods serches for the vote to go with the review. If there is no vote then the review does not show.
