I desperately need some help from anyone who knows about loading these into the store. I am trying to upload a file with these but they will not show no matter what i try, i read that these will not show unless Product Advisor is enabled in the store but when i enable this module the store tends to have problems and breakdown, it has now disappeared when the store was re-deployed a after stalling. There was a box showing search by colour, size, price, and manufacturer this too has now disappeared, and the image selector for loading from my computer now shows a 403 forbidden to server massage. Can anyone help on these issues?

Hello.
Could you please specify what errors your store starts to throw when you enable the Product Advisor module? X-Cart logs will be helpful.

This may be caused by 777 permissions set for the /skins/admin/en/modules folder.
Please change to 755 for folders and 644 for files if necessary.

There is no message really the module does not activate with the key i have anymore but that may be because i am using the free version 5. Not very stable as it keeps stalling at times when importing or when modules are updated. I even have a strange problem now, i removed the powered by sign in the cart and the colour for the menu in the black templates has turned white any idea why? I could not find the folder with the permission setting after going through the /// you sent. I will have to ask the host guys about the numbers
