Hi all,

For some reason the images in my email templates aren't loading. In particular I'm trying to output my logo in the various emails.

I've tried

%logo%

as well as the full URL in the Headers & Signatures section in my admin, as well as putting the full URL in my layout.tpl.php file and the images still won't load

Any ideas?

Guys,

It's working perfectly for me in my test X-Cart 5.2.4 store. Please make sure that you placed %logo% in a correct email template, rebuild cart cache (just for the case) and try again. It's supposed to be working properly.

Currently on 5.2.3 as the system isn't letting me update to 5.2.4, but everything else has been checked and it's still not working

Did anyone ever find a resolution to this problem? I'm facing the same issue of non-displaying company logo in customer emails.

Nope, unfortunately no solution. Others have just said it's working fine for them, so...

I'm not sure, but as far as I remember the ability to use "%logo%" in e-mail templates was added in one of recent versions of X-Cart (since 5.2.4?)

Do you have the "Email templates" link in the "Store setup" menu?

Yes, I have used the "Email notifications" tab in "Store Setup" to manage my emails.

I just found the problem: I haven't launched my site yet so I have web-authentication set-up. When I turned that off, the images in the emails display correctly. I don't know if that is obvious to others but I'm admittedly a newbie!
